You will have imperfections in your concrete and being concrete it can and probably will crack.
Hi Mix Concrete as a supplier of concrete takes no responsibility for the following:
- Iron staining, colour changes, or inconsistencies with aggregate colour and foreign materials. Aggregates are a natural product, and their chemical and aesthetic qualities cannot be guaranteed.
- Colour changes in cement due to changes in raw materials during manufacturing, which are outside of our control.
- Aesthetic suitability and structural integrity of the mix if water, chemicals, or powders are added on-site at the request of the concreter, pump operator, or any party representing the property owner.
- Aesthetic suitability and structural integrity if the concrete is not cured according to Australian Standards and guidelines.
- Aesthetic suitability and structural integrity due to poor workmanship by the concreter or concrete pump operator.
Please note:
- All concrete shrinks as it hardens, which may result in cracking. To reduce this, we recommend consulting a structural engineer for slab design, soil condition, thickness, reinforcement, and jointing. Weather may also affect early cracking.
- Product samples and images are indicative only. Variations in colour, shape, and texture may occur. Hi Mix Concrete reserves the right to change or replace products without notice.
- Colour mix swatches and samples should be used as a guide only. For critical colour selection, a job-site sample using all raw materials, finishing methods, and curing techniques is strongly recommended.
- Finished concrete may appear lighter than samples due to materials, site practices, weather, and curing. Efflorescence may also cause colour variation.
